Shipping
LEproducts charge a standard shipping fee of R90 for all orders in South Africa.
When the carrier we use changes the fees, all customers will be notified.
Once processed, your order will reach you in at least 5 working days. You will get processing and completed notification from us once your order is received and will get courier notifications once the product is with the courier company.
We use The Courier Guy exclusively for all our orders, in cases where we have to use another carrier, the client will be notified.
Payment
We use Yoco to process all our website payments, the payments are secure and we do not collect or store your bank or card payment details.
Returns/Exchanges
We allow returns only on the body shapers. Due to health reasons, we do not allow returns on underwear.
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving the product.
Exclusion:
items that have been worn.
items that are not in their original condition.
items that have been laundered.
When returning products, clients are liable for their own courier fees. For cheaper courier, we recommend using the courier guy Pudo Box. Go to your nearest courier guy and ask them for Pudo Box services. We also welcome any other method the client prefers to use, as long as they share the tracking information with us.
